The
phrase ‘labour of love’ was probably invented for this Audi A4 Diesel.
It started out life as a dignified but unappealing Audi Avant diesel,
but then it was turned by its owner into this sexy little beast you see
here. It is modeled on the RS4, but exaggerated a bit and made nicer
The Austrian fellow who owns this Audi A4 Diesel enlisted the services of local tuners such as Procharged and mbDESIGN
for this project and took care that every bit is as tasteful as
possible. That is what’s good about personal tuning projects. You can
lavish as much time and attention as you want on the car and get every
last detail exactly how you want it to be.
The biggest highlight of this car is,
needless to say, those massively flared wheel arches which stick out
like overgrown muscles on a body builder. They look really cool. The
metallic black paint work also does a lot for the look, as do the smoked lights, tinted windows, and matte black wheels.
Speaking of the wheels, the KV1 DC models come from mbDESIGN and measure 20-inch in diameter and 10.5-inch in width.
They need to be so wide to fill those huge fenders. The wheels sit
perfectly underneath the car thanks to custom to suspension. The A4 also
benefits from uprated brakes with green calipers and a beefy
intercooler for its turboladers.
