German tuner Best Cars & Bikes, or Best Tuning for short, was totally enchanted by the beauty of the Jaguar F-Type Coupe
and wanted to do something, anything, with it. So they searched their
inventory for the nicest set of wheels they could find for this British
nobility.
They wanted something fitting for the
sophisticated, yet slightly kinky character of the Jaguar F-Type Coupe,
so colorful wheels with fancy designs were out of the question. In the
end they settled for a set of Schmidt Revolution CC-Line wheels in a
brushed silver finish that is both sporty and classy.
The wheels measure on the front 9,5×21
inch with tires 255/30R21 and on the rear 11×21 with tires 295/25R21.
They wouldn’t looked so good if it weren’t for the H&R suspension
kit that shaves a few inches from the ride height without compromising
the ride quality.
With the wheels and suspension sorted,
Best Tuning is now in the process of developing power upgrade kits for
the F-Type. The standard engine in this car is a 3.0 liter supercharged
V6 developing 380 horsepower, all of which is sent to the rear wheels
via an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission.
