Black Porsche 918 Spyder Weissach Adorned With HRE Wheels

Back at SEMA 2014, HRE Wheels unveiled a Porsche 918 Spyder Weissach fitted with a set of their custom, forged wheels. This particular 918 Spyder Weissach is already particularly eye-catching because of its dark gloss black finish and the aftermarket wheels just add an extra sense of panache. Now the full photoshoot of the car has been released.

These wheels are the HRE P101 and they feature a ‘brushed dark clear’ finish. At the front, they measure 20×9.5 and are wrapped in 265/35 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres while at the rear they are 21×12.5 and feature 325 mm tyres.

In case you’ve forgotten, the Porsche 918 Spyder uses a 4.6-litre V8 engine delivering 608 hp as well as two electric motors. All up, it produces 887 hp and can record a sub-10 second quarter mile straight from the factory!
