People have been saying that the
current M5 is not exactly what they’ve been expecting but no matter how
much criticism the uber-sedan received I still love it. It looks just
right and has an engine that could probably literally take down
buildings.
Rear-wheel drive and a manual gearbox that is almost unusable with so much power mean that you can actually have fun with this 2 ton sedan while you have a couple of friends with you as well. If you want to go for longer trips, you can get your family inside and their luggage in the accommodating boot and worry not about getting there late.
With 560 HP and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque at your disposal, you’ll be tearing highways up, leaving even older supercars behind with ease. Heck, we even saw a Ferrari FF getting smoked in a drag race with one of these.
But what attracts me the most about the M5 is that it has this classy, stylish look that can be easily complimented by a few add-on parts. Just like the one we have here.
Coming out of the BMW plant dressed in the free-of-charge Alpine White paint, the Bimmer received a set of Zito Zs03 21” wheels along with some carbon goodies like a new rear diffuser and boot lid spoiler to make it stand out. The blacked out kidney grilles up front, however, are the one detail that stood up the most, creating a perfect contrast with the rest of the car, including the black roof. We’ll let you enjoy the gallery now.
