Blast from the Past: Ultimate Six Hummer

Ultimate Six Hummer 0 600x389 at Blast from the Past: Ultimate Six Hummer
Long before Mercedes-Benz even entertain the idea of putting six wheels on their G-Wagon, Japanese tuner Calwing (213 Motoring in the U.S.) had come up their own six-wheeled SUV in form of the mighty Ultimate Six Hummer. This thing could very well be the coolest car in the world!
The Ultimate Six Hummer is basically a stretched H2, but instead of doors they have added axles and wheels. Over the year Calwing has produced a good number of these things, but as for why they didn’t catch on and didn’t even get much press, well, that could be because they are fairly rubbish. I mean, we know for a fact that the standard H2 was absolute garbage in terms of quality, usability, and overall value. So you can imagine what a stretched aftermarket version of that car with two extra wheels would be like.
But to worry over the quality and practicality of something like the Ultimate Six Hummer is missing the point completely. This is not a not a car, but a toy. And as far as big boy toys go, it’s friggin’ awesome. So yes, a car can be terrible and yet cool and wonderful at the same time, the U-Six being an example. The six-wheel SUV is equipped with a custom NEXTNATION body kit with bespoke bumpers, grilles, fenders, and running boards, as well as 24 inch Hyperforged wheels. While the beast does get air suspension and a Diablo muffler with quad tailpipes, the engine is the standard 325-hp Vortec V8, which is not very good.

Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Revealed in Full

Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe 0 600x329 at Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Revealed in Full
So following a very intriguing preview earlier this year, Japanese tuner Wald International is now ready to unveil their latest Black Bison car, the Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. As always, the styling package is rather simple and consists of only a few parts, but the effect it has is rather profound.
It is the unique design of Wald’s Black Bison kit that sets them apart from the competition and gives the subject vehicle a distinct look in spite of the package’s simplicity. In the case of Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe the kit builds on the car’s already dynamic lines and by altering a few key elements in a number of strategic places makes it more aggressive, more sporty, and overall better looking than the standard version. We daresay what Wald has achieved here with their kit is cooler than BMW’s own M6 aero kit.
As for the ingredients, Wald BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe styling package consists of a new front bumper with a spoiler lip and mesh grille inserts, side skirts, revised rear bumper with extra vents, a diffuser insert, and more mesh, and a boot lid spoiler on the trunk. It’s amazing how Wald always manage to leave their mark on their cars so that you know it’s a Wald product at first glance. Maybe it’s because no one else at the moment makes bumpers like that or tailpipes that big, but you sure ain’t gonna mistake this bad boy for anything but a Wald!

Mcchip Audi S1 Boosted to 300 Horsepower

Mcchip Audi S1 0 600x389 at Mcchip Audi S1 Boosted to 300 Horsepower
When Audi came up with the S1 hot hatch and gave it a 2.0 liter turbo engine with 231 PS and 370 Nm of torque, they thought they were going to have this market locked for at least a decade. Then the new Focus RS came along and made them look like a fool. But if you’ve already bought the S1 car do not despair because there is a remedy at hand now in form of Mcchip Audi S1.
Yes, it is an aftermarket treatment, but it is fast and clean and can be obtained at a reasonable cost considering how much the likes of MTM and ABT charge for their engine upgrade kits. In this program Mcchip-DKR takes in a stock Audi S1 and through a number of light modifications gives an extra 70 horsepower which is a very decent amount relative to the work and the changes they make to the engine.
Mcchip Audi S1 power kit consists of the tuner’s own Stage 2 software upgrade and a set of downpipes and sport cats for the exhaust system. The net result of these mods is an output of 304 PS and 437 Nm of torque, and of course a sportier noise thanks to the customized exhaust. Granted, the Focus RS will still run rings around this car, literally, thanks to its drift mode, but this tuning program takes only 8 hours to install and has top quality.
Dahler BMW X4 M40i 0 600x392 at Dähler BMW X4 M40i Gets Up to 424hp
The reason one might choose the high-performance M40i variant of BMW X4 over the regular versions is because one needs more power and sportier looks. But what if one still isn’t happy? Well, that’s when one has to go aftermarket, and try something like this Dähler BMW X4 M40i which in its full-fat version packs 424 horsepower.
That is what the stage 3 power kit for Dähler BMW X4 M40i delivers, and it corresponds to a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.5 seconds and a maximum speed of 270 km/h. If that’s too hot for you, the tuner also has a stage 2 kit with 414 hp, and one that is even more “diet” packing 395 hp. The shared features among all these power kits include bespoke ECU software and a stainless steel exhaust system.
Other upgrades you can order with your Dähler BMW X4 M40i include a coil-over suspension system, a high performance braking unit, new wheels and tires, and an aero optimized body kit. The latter is fairly subtle and includes a spoiler lip and a new rear apron with integrated tailpipes. The suspension kit is more elaborate and consists of lowering springs and 18-level rebound and compression adjustable dampers. This, and the 8-piston brakes as well as the 20 or 21 inch wheels will help you make the most of the power upgrade.

Matte Blue Tesla Model S by GMP Performance

Those who want to help saving the planet for future generations but want to do it in style will be delighted to know there are tuners who share their aspirations. One of these tuners is GMP Performance and they recently finished a Matte Blue Tesla Model S which looks absolutely sick.
Of course, if you don’t like brash and vibrant colors then a Matte Blue Tesla Model S would not be an ideal way for you to go about saving earth. But objectively, this thing looks pretty cool, especially with the carbon fiber aero kit they have fitted to it and the gloss black 21 inch ADV1 wheels. The combination has given the Tesla a very playful look, like a husky puppy in a funny dog sweater.
GMP’s Matte Blue Tesla Model S might look all cute and cuddly, but underneath those soft looks it packs the range-topping P90D powertrain which makes it a giant slayer. The car has a 496hp rear motor, and a smaller 255hp front motor, giving it more combined power and torque than a Lamborghini Aventador SV and making it four-wheel-drive. There are only a handful of serious super cars that are quicker than this family saloon when it uses its Ludicrous acceleration mode.
