GeigerCars has just unveiled its comprehensive upgrade package for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT fastback.
Typically, the Ford Mustang GT features a naturally-aspirated 5.0-litre V8 engine. However, GeigerCars have outfitted that powertrain with a supercharger bumping up power dramatically to 709 hp and 706 Nm of torque. When mated to the six-speed manual transmission and with power being funnelled solely to the rear wheels, the GeigerCars Mustang GT will accelerate to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds as well as a top speed of 305 km/h.
Beyond the addition of a supercharger, GeigerCars also installed the American muscle car with a complete stainless steel sports exhaust system. Additionally, an uprated cooling system is featured as are improved front springs, a 3.73:1 final drive ratio, a Torsen limited slip differential and a high performance braking system from Brembo. Thicker front and rear sway bars can also been optioned by the customer.
The tuning firm has also created a set of custom aftermarket wheels for the Mustang GT which are sized at 20×8.5 at the front and 20×10 at the rear and complete with 255/35 and 295/30 tyres.
