Mercedes G63 AMG by Prindiville Gets Lizard-Like Looks Courtesy of Carbon Fiber

Carbon fiber is good for a lot of things. When used, it can add extra stiffness and shed weight off supercars' shoulders. Also, it is sometimes employed to enhance a car's exterior and interior styling to a certain extent.
However, some are overusing it, and the main issue here is we have no clue whether that's a good or a bad thing. Take this G63 AMG, for example, a car what went through the hands of Prindiville Design.
We've heard all the statements about how manly the G-Wagen is, regardless of what version Mercedes-Benz is offering for the SUV. However, how do you call an already testosterone-packed car after it receives a 30-piece body kit with enough carbon fiber to cover a small country twice?
Besides the visual bonanza, wicked engineers added a remapped ECU and a sports exhaust system, so the overall power output went up to around 600 HP. As usual, boosted performance dictates changes in the car's oily bits.
For starters, the automatic gearbox was re-tuned to handle the extra strain. In addition, the wheels were equipped with new brake kits and calipers capable of handling the extra horsepower.
But maybe you'd like to find out a few things about the interior, right? Well, the cabin is soaked in high-quality leather and Alcantara, but more demanding customers can have their cocktail of trim and choose between aluminium, wood and, of course, carbon fiber inserts.
Now, are you ready for the price tag? You should be because all the above 'amenities' double the standard G63 AMG's price, so we're looking at a £250,000 ($380,600) sticker.
