Spend a bit of time with the Porsche Macan
and you'll understand this is the sportiest machine to have ever worn
the crossover label. Nonetheless, there is still room for some added
spice when it comes to this Porsche and this is where the tuners step
in. Russian aftermarket developer Topcar announced a Macan project soon
after the car was introduced (late last year) and now their
customization play is complete.
Dubbed Ursa, the development sees the Macan gifted with an eye-catching
wide body kit, while the cabin receives new materials to boost
individuality.
While the exterior package doesn't stray too far from the OEM look of
the car, it does make quite a difference. It all starts with the front
apron and a pair of carbon-look hood vents, but the most visible
transformation is found on the sides on the Macan, where Topcar
installed muscular fender add-on elements, as well as carbon fiber side
elements to match the Macan's door trim.
When overtaken by this Porsche, you'll be treated with a diffuser-like
element, a lip spoiler placed just above the headlights, as well as an
agressive roof spoiler.
Since US wheel specialist ADV.1 Wheels is Topcar's partner, this is
where the wheels for the Macan Ursa come from. The rims feature a a
six-spoke design with a deep concave profile that complements the wide
body kit in a fitting manner.
Climbing aboard, we find a sea of two-tone leather, with Black and Mauve
being the stars here. The lavish hue and material play is found on the
seats, dashboard and door cards, while carbon trim comes to add a sporty
touch. Topcar logos are spread around the cabin to remind the occupants
who took care of the customization job.
Unsurprisingly, Topcar has chosen next week's Moscow International Motor Show for the public debut of its Macan Ursa.
