In response to the launch of McLaren’s “MSO Defined”
series, German tuner DMC revealed their McLaren 12C MSO “Refined” which
is an enhanced version of a 12C upgraded by McLaren Special Operations.
DMC adds to the car new styling elements and performance tweaks.
DMC McLaren 12C MSO benefits from
lightweight carbon fiber on the body kit, Titanium exhaust system, and
exclusive Italian leather on the interior. On the styling front, the car
gets a front lip, a center sword and aggressive F1 carnards, new side
skirts, revised rear diffuser, and a prominent new wing that stands tall
and proud on the back of the 12C.
The tuner has fitted the car with a set
of their exclusive rims measuring 20×8,5J inch on the front axle and
21x12J inch on the rear. They are wrapped with 245/30r20 and 325/25r21
Pirelli P-Zero tires respectively.
As for the performance, DMC McLaren 12C
MSO receives an ECU performance package that boosts the output of the
3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine from 590 hp to 660 hp, surpassing the
output of the newer McLaren 650S. The new exhaust system definitely
contributes to this gain.
Inside the cabin, DMC can fulfill your
every wish with carbon fiber, wood, leather and Alcantara. Each interior
is bespoke to the car’s owner.
