Rowen
International, one of Japan’s most eccentric tuners, has revealed their
brand-new styling kit for the biggest Infiniti of them all, the QX56.
The weird looks of the SUV is complemented here with an equally peculiar
looking kit, but the end result is pretty unique and impressive.
The main features of Rowen Infiniti QX56
body kit includes an awesome new front grille that looks like one of
those coats of arms you find in Japan’s imperial palaces, front half
spoiler with LED lights, flared wheel arches, side vents, new running
boards, subtle striping, roof spoiler, tailgate spoiler, and a rear
diffuser with cutouts for four large tailpipes.
The exhaust system installed on Rowen
Infiniti QX56 is a stainless steel system and actually costs more the
body kit. The styling package is a mere 148,000 Yen, while the exhaust
runs for 260,000 Yen. We’re sure it’s great, but having a loud sport
exhaust system on a big family SUV does not make much sense.
Rowen, like most other tuners from that
part of the world, has a unique and immediately recognizable styling
that is decidedly Japanese and may not go down well in Europe or
America. But it’s a breath of fresh air if you are not satisfied with
what all those Euro firms offer.
