Tuningsuche
is a German tuner with a terrible name for non-German speaking people,
but a surprisingly good taste in customizing cars. Granted, we’re not
very fond of orange cars regardless of the make, but this BMW 3 Series
Touring they have built takes a boring car and makes it exciting, and
for that reason we respect it.
Tuningsuche’s custom BMW 3 Series Touring
gets a fairly thorough styling treatment, beginning with Satin Canyon
Copper wrap which is very, very orange, complemented with stitched
leather mirror caps, contrasting aero parts including a set of M
Performance components, aftermarket diffuser, and a set of 20-inch BBS
CI-R wheels.
The rims are shod with ContiSportContact
tires in sizes 225/35-20 on the front axle and 255/30-20 on the rear
axle, and supported by KW DCC Plug&Play coilover suspension system
which is adjustable in ride height. These changes not only contribute to
the styling of the car, they also improve the handling.
That’s a welcome changes, because
Tuningsuche has also upgraded the power output of this BMW 3 Series
Touring from (328i engine) 245 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque to 316
horsepower with 440 lb-ft of torque. Part of the performance upgrade kit
is a sport exhaust system with 335i style finishers.
