Official: KTM X-BOW GT Dubai Gold Edition by Wimmer RS
Tuning firm Wilmer has just unveiled its latest and arguably greatest upgraded KTM X-Bow. This particular car is dubbed the Dubai Gold Edition and is based around the X-Bow GT complete with an upright windscreen.
Power from the Audi-sourced 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder typically powering the KTM X-Bow GT has been upped to 485 hp and 520 Nm of torque thanks to software tweaks and a range of other mechanical modifications. As a result of the additional power and torque, the X-Bow GT Dubai Gold Edition can rocket to 100 km/h in just 2.97 seconds as well as 200 km/h in a mere 9.9 seconds.
Alongside the drivetrain tweaks, the sports car features a number of bespoke body panels. Most eye-catchingly, elements of the front end and rear wheel arches are finished in chrome gold hence the car’s name. Elsewhere, Wilmer has installed a custom carbon fibre front bumper as well as a set of satin black wheels complete with bright orange outer rims.
The rear-end is then noteworthy for the massive carbon fibre wing that is featured.
