CDC Performance, a branch of CDC International
specializing in engine tuning, has released a power upgrade package for
the Audi RS6 which turns the powerful but docile estate car into a
vicious monster. The power, the sound, the speed, they’ve all been made
more aggressive thanks to this treatment.
The looks of CDC Performance Audi RS6 is meaner than before too, but not by much. The
tuner was content to leave the exterior largely intact, changing only
the wheels with a set of their own 22-inch Concave Forged three-piece
rims in matte black. They look superb on the RS6, especially after some
fiddling with the suspension.
The main highlight of CDC Performance
Audi RS6 is the upgraded 4.0 liter bi-turbo V8 engine. It’s got a new
software and a custom exhaust system which sounds like the devil having
rough sex, and it produces a meaty 695 PS and 861 Nm of torque. They
have eliminated the speed limiter as well, meaning that you can use that
power to reach a top speed of 314 km/h.
