Mansory
has finally put together an engineering team that seems to be able to
keep up with the tuner’s design department. Their latest creation is the
Mansory Mercedes S63 AMG which not only looks over the top, with 1,000
horsepower it is also insanely powerful.
They begun with a standard S63 AMG,
a 585-hp super saloon with dashing looks and a long list of features
and equipment. Right off the bat they revised the styling of the
bumpers, added a few carbon fiber aero parts, blacked-out this and that,
and installed a set of expensive 22-inch wheels, naturally in black.
Believe it or not, this is holding back for Mansory; this is them being
restrained!
The highlight of the Mansory Mercedes S63
AMG is the performance packages prepared for the car. Mansory begins
with a light 800 hp/1,200 Nm kit to warm you up and then drops the
full-fat 1,000 hp/1,400 Nm package which is what you really want. The
main ingredients of both treatment include completely bespoke stainless
steel exhaust system, bigger turbos and custom software. The M800 kit
delivers a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.6 seconds, while the M1000 can manage
that in 3.2 seconds. They are both limited to 300 km/h.
There are a couple of interior upgrades
available as well, including aluminium pedals, newly designed steering
wheel, leather floor mats with embroidered logos, and illuminated side
sills.
