750PS Should Cure Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Wagon's Monday Blues

Because you know, the 585PS (577hp) Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG 4Matic S Wagon needed a 28+ percent boost in power. And you can thank the tuning brains at Väth for that.

At the heart of their program is the V63 RS Export engine kit that bundles a reprogrammed ECU, a modified turbocharger, downpipe system and a completely new exhaust, among other upgrades, that costs €24,740 (about $30,400).

It gives the 5.5-liter bi-turbo V8 another 165PS and 200Nm for a total of 750PS (740hp) and 1,000Nm (737.5 lb-ft), which together with the removal of the top-speed limiter allows the super estate to reach 350km/h (218mph). A TUV-approved 680PS (671hp) kit is also available.

Väth lowers the Wagon's ride height by up to 40mm and gives it a new set of racing brake pads, 20 inch alloy wheels in tires size 265/30 front and 305/25 rear, a carbon fiber front spoiler and rear diffuser, plus carbon fiber interior decorative trims.
