Volkswagen Jetta GLI MOMO Edition unveiled for SEMA

Volkswagen Jetta GLI MOMO Edition unveiled for SEMA

MOMO has unveiled their modified Volkswagen Jetta GLI ahead of its debut at SEMA.
Dubbed the MOMO Edition, the sedan has a mostly revised exterior with yellow stripes, a roof rack and 19-inch MOMO Revenge wheels with Pirelli P Zero high-performance tires.
The styling changes continue in the cabin as there's a MOMO GT50 Anniversario steering wheel, yellow contrast stitching and yellow painted accents. The model also features a vehicle information display in the driver's side air vent that shows everything from turbo boost to the outside temperature.  Rounding out the changes are embroidered headrests, special sill plates and premium floor mats.
On the performance front, the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine has been equipped with a Milltek Sport stainless steel cat-back exhaust system.  There's no word on whether or not this increases the output but the standard model has 210 bhp (156 kW) and 207 lb-ft (280 Nm) of torque.
Last but not least, the model has been equipped with H&R Street Performance coilovers, new sway bars and a high-performance braking system.  The latter uses Brembo components up front and Volkswagen Golf R-sourced components out back.
