By utilizing naked carbon fiber on an Alpine White exterior, the whole project is all about contrasts and sportiness.
At a first glance, you will notice how well the aftermarket aero parts align with the body panels of the OEM vehicle, while slightly accentuating different angles without overtaking the OEM design aspects in any way.
Mulgari was also keen on updating the performance of the 6 Series Gran Coupe. The 640d model, with their modifications, now produces 368 horsepower from the standard 312 ponies. The torque was also raised from from 330ft-lb to 556ft-lb which is a healthy elevation over the factory levels.
On the visual side of things, most of the project is completed by using 3D Design exterior carbon fiber parts. Front end modifications include custom headlights, a carbon splitter and lower bumper extension. The understated yet unique look is carried on down the side of the Gran Coupe SV with carbon side skirts and de-chromed window trims and side markers.
At the back, a carbon fibre rear diffuser houses the satin black Mulgari exhaust system. To finish off the look and vehicle’s aero balance, a carbon spoiler perfectly frames the rear. Mulgari badges have also been attached to round off the car’s visuals and signify that the Gran Coupe SV is no ordinary BMW 6 Series.
Additionally, a set of Vossen Wheels and H&R Lowering Springs were added as well. These Vossen wheels come in sizes of 22 inches front and rear. Some may say they are oversized, but in the end, it’s a matter of personal taste.
This BMW 640 SV kit is available as a full package or as separate items. However, in order to earn the Mulgari SV status, customers need to order the full kit which must be purchased in one transaction and fitted by Mulgari at their headquarters.
