Mansory
has turned up at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show with an army of
exotic cars, one more extravagant than the next. This Mansory Bentley
Continental GTC is one of the finest of the lot, based on the latest
2015 model.
The extremely orange Mansory Bentley
Continental GTC features a rich carbon fiber body kit which, in true
Mansory fashion, is a bit over done. The front bumper, the vented
bonnet, pillars, side skirts, and all the aero parts are exposed carbon
fiber treated only to a clear coat. A set of 10 x 22 inch wheels with
Vredestein ULTRAC VORTI R tires complete the look.
But looks are only part of what makes the
latest Mansory GT a remarkable proposition that cannot be taken for
granted. The W12 twin-turbo engine is equipped with a high-power exhaust
system, new pistons and piston rods, camshaft, turbo-charger,
intercooler, a new engine and transmission management system, and a
sport air filter. And it makes a whopping 1,001 horsepower and 1,200 Nm
of torque. Zero to 100 km/h takes 3.9 seconds in this car and the top
speed if 330.
Mansory Bentley Continental GTC also
benefits from a hand-crafted interior with two-tone leather upholstery
that covers every surface, re-designed airbag sports steering wheel,
Mansory side sills, and 3D wood dashboard and panel trims.
