Audi A6 Avant by ABT
3.0 TFSI upgraded to 410 PS
ABT Sportsline is presenting several power kits tailored to
the Audi
A6 facelift.
It was only a few months ago when ABT squeezed an extra
100 PS from the Audi S6 and now they are back with more power for the
standard A6 models. For example, the 2.0 TDI with 190 PS (140 kW) and 400 Nm (295
lb-ft) has been massaged to deliver 215 PS (158 kW) and 440 Nm (325 lb-ft) of
torque. The beefier 3.0 TDI V6 has also been upgraded and it now churns an
impressive 365 PS (268 kW) and 710 Nm (524 lb-ft), up from the series 326 PS
(235 kW) and 650 Nm (480 lb-ft).
ABT also has a power pack for the 3.0 TFSI V6 which Audi
offers with 333 PS (245 kW) and 440 Nm (325 lb-ft), but after the tuner's works
its magic the same motor can churn 410 PS (301 kW) and 520 Nm (384 lb-ft).
Aside from extracting more power from these motors, ABT has
also developed an array of aerodynamic body parts such as fender inserts,
carbon fiber mirror covers with the tuner's logo, along with a rear spoiler and
a rear skirt set including a muffler. There are also 19-, 20- and 21-inch alloy
wheels on offer, along with height-adjustable suspension springs and an ABT
Level Control for the models equipped with the air suspension which are lowered
by 20mm front & 15mm rear.
Other upgrades include eight-piston front calipers with
380x34mm discs while on the inside there is a start/stop button with illuminated
logo, ABT floor mats, trunk mat and side sills with an LED illuminated ABT logo.
