Even if you don’t like the style
of Wald’s flamboyant Black Bison kits, you can’t deny they often look
mighty good in the press pictures they release. But is that just the
cunning of the photographer, or are they really that good-looking?
To know for sure we need to see the car out in the real world or in some live pictures. And guess what, that is exactly what we have here. This is a Wald Mercedes S-Class W222 built by ProDrive.
ProDrive is a heavyweight Thai tuner that represents some of the biggest name in tuning business, including Hamann, ADV1, and of course, Wald International. The car they have modified in this project is a S-Class 300 Hybrid. The owner evidently appreciates the car’s green credentials, but wants to look cool and sporty at the same time. That is what Wald’s kit delivers for this Merc, and we think it does look as good as we were expecting.
Wald Mercedes S-Class W222 styling kit includes new bumpers with a large spoiler and unique intakes at the front and a prominent diffuser at the back, extra vents, and side skirts. Optionally, you can get a boot lid wing and a pair of side grilles, but they are not featured on this car.
