The
latest “tricked-out” Kahn Range Rover to come out of the tuner’s
workshop in Leeds is a high-end RS600 Performance Edition finished in a
special Fuji White color. As the names suggests, this RR is all about
the way it gets down the road, despite the fact that it’s a diesel.
Yep, this Kahn Range Rover RS600 is based
on the 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography LWB model which is probably the least
sporty version of car. But while this diesel engine may not have the
grunt of the 5.0 liter supercharged V8, it also doesn’t have its thirst.
In fact, a lot of people agree you should get the Range Rover with a V8
diesel because it offers a better compromise between performance and
economy than the petrol units and just makes more sense.
Perfecting the appealing blend of luxury and efficiency in this Range Rover is A. Kahn Design’s RS600 styling package, including double vented front grille with 3D mesh, contrast roof in piano black, mirror caps in piano
black, Kahn enamel wing shields, RS-600 front and rear wide wheel
arches with integrated air dams, “9.5 x 23” RS wheels in matt black
fitted with 305/30/23” tyres, carbon side vents and a RS600 front chin
spoiler.
Inside the cabin, Kahn Range Rover RS600
benefits from handstitched front and rear seats, centre glove box,
centre dashboard surround, Kahn single spoke leather steering wheel, rev
counter facia, dashboard and instrument binnacle all adorned in copper
orange quilted and perforated Nappa leather, as well as vented foot
pedals in machined aluminium, door entry sill plates in stainless steel,
centre console and Kahn branding. You can still customize it if you
want, but we don’t see how you can make it better than it already is.
