German
tuner B&B Automobiltechnik GmbH has a new upgrade package for the
BMW M3 and M4 models that will get the owners of these cars hot all
over. The performance-minded B&B BMW M4 does not get much in the way
of visual mods, but whatever it lacks in style it more than makes up
for in terms of power.
Beginning with a standard 430 hp and 550
Nm of torque straight-six, bi-turbo engine, B&B BMW M4 gets a
special power program, including upgraded turbochargers, custom exhaust
system with downpipes and cats, software upgrade and air intakes, for a
total of 580 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque. If that’s too hot for you,
B&B also offers lighter, cheaper treatments with 540 PS and 490 PS
outputs.
The full-fat 580 PS B&B BMW M4 is
capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in a pulverizing 3.5 seconds,
and reaching a top speed of 330 km/h. Those are supercar figures and
way better than what the standard car can manage. Other highlights of
this tuning program include an uprated cooling system, lowered
suspension with KW components, larger dis brakes, and 20-inch M-Räder
wheels with high-performance tires in sizes 255/30R20 front and
305/25R20 rear.
