G-Power BMW X6 M With 650hp
G-Power has just unveiled its range of upgrades for the latest BMW X6 M. As we’ve come to expect from the German tuner, its modifications for the X6 M are both visual and mechanical in nature.
Most significantly, G-Power has created the Bi-Tronik 5 V1 power module and Bi-Tronik 2 V1 ECU remap. Whichever is selected by the customer, power from the vehicle’s twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8 is bumped by 75 hp and 80 Nm of torque. That brings the final figures to 650 hp at 6500 rpm and 830 Nm between 2500 and 5500 rpm. Thanks to this additional power and torque, the G-Power BMW X6 M is capable of sprinting to over 300 km/h.
The Bi-Tronik 5 V1 power module is a plug and play device placed between the factory ECU and engine. By comparison, the Bi-Tronik 2 V1 conversion involves remapping the standard ECU. It allows customers to tweak the throttle response and power delivery characteristics of the engine.
Elsewhere, the G-Power Hurricane RR forged alloy wheels are offered for the car. They are sized at 23×11 at all four corners and shod with 315/25 Michelin tyres.
